Ecovadis is the world’s largest and most trusted provider of business sustainability ratings. Beltmann maintains an active and certified rating from Ecovadis resulting from our 2022 evaluation.

Beltmann Relocation Group’s commitment to sustainability and environmental awareness includes, but not limited to:

  • Reducing our carbon footprint and protecting our environment.
  • Strive to reduce our impact on the environment through waste minimization, reuse, recycling and the application of environmentally friendly alternative fuels and processes.
  • Warehouse lighting upgraded with high-efficient T8 florescent bulbs, motion detectors and all electronic ballasts allowing an average reduction in electrical usage of 4,000,000 kilowatts annually.
  • New HVAC units upgraded to enhance the efficiency of conditioning the office environment. The new units use environmentally friendly refrigerant helping to reduce the release of unwanted ozone depleting gases.
  • Moving to a paperless environment at our Customer Care Center in 2018.
  • The electronic storage of documents has reduced paper consumption and the physical space needed to store paper documents for a reduction of 13,000 sq.ft. of warehouse equating to 100,000+ cu.ft. of paper documents.
  • Office waste is recycled, including paper, glass, plastic, print cartridges, steel, aluminum, refrigerant, and any miscellaneous items.
  • Truck Units follow strict environmental regulations established by California’s Air Resource Board.
  • Our proprietary dispatch and driver in-cab technology provides electronic transfer of all move related documents and provides route optimization for cost effective, lower fuel consumption loads.
  • Promote and support the use of Auxiliary Power Units, Low Rolling Resistance Tires, Aero Dynamics for Tractor and Trailers to our entire long-distance hauling fleet.
