To make the process easier, Executive Class™ and our strategic relocation partners will conduct an extensive evaluation with the employee and family. This evaluation determines the most critical preferences when selecting a home. Once the assessment is completed, we partner with top realtors in the area to identify housing availability.
The real estate agents in our home relocation network know the in-demand neighborhoods, current market pricing, real estate contract details, and local customs and laws. We partner with agents who are experienced in relocation. Your team and employees will be a part of a transparent and straightforward home relocation experience.

A dedicated consultant will arrange for a local agent to assist the employee and accompany the family in finding a home in their new location that is customized to their needs, budget, and company policy.
Our consultants are further aided by local specialists who are deeply familiar with education, family care, recreational needs or preferences, and other considerations that may be important to the employee or family. Additionally, we will schedule site and orientation visits.
Once a home is found, we can take on the Home Sale process and the logistical stages of the move too.
