Customer Service
High-touch and exceptional customer service are centralized at our Customer Care Center (CCC) in Addison, IL, where it all starts with our move acceptance coordination, virtual estimating, move administration, and customer care representatives assigned and dedicated to specific accounts. In addition, our management team is here to support our associates and clients with operational, administrative, and dedicated account management resources. Finally, in the event of a claim situation, we assign a Beltmann Relocation Group claim advocate that will work with your transferee, company, and van line to ensure a smooth claim resolution process. Our goal is for Beltmann’s Customer Care Center to act as an extension of your relocation department.
Interstate Pack & Haul Fleet
Boasting the largest corporate household goods fleet in the industry, Beltmann Transportation Services (BTS) controls in excess of 225 professional interstate owner-operators so our “pack & haul” corporate fleet is always well positioned to service your employees coast-coast-coast. Our fleet managers, planners, dispatchers, and recruiters are centralized within Beltmann Relocation Group’s headquarters in Minneapolis, MN. Beltmann Transportation Services (BTS) works hand-in-hand with our Customer Care Center each day to ensure the goal of putting a Beltmann driver under a Beltmann corporate client happens as efficiently and effectively as possible.
