At Executive Class™, we believe in relationship-driven customer service with real-time support and productive solutions. Our coordinators are trained in understanding the unique needs of your executives and their families. We provide a personalized service specific to each family’s circumstances and deliver amenities beyond administrative functions.

We believe the best way to control a shipment is to utilize dedicated crews throughout the process and across the country. From initial home protection through destination unpacking, we create a seamless service that builds trust with your transferee and their family.

Our drivers are trained in third-party services which means a reduced number of workers in your executive’s home. Most ancillary services, including crating and appliances, are handled by the Executive Class™ crew, giving your executive one less entity with whom to interact.

Trucks are empty when we arrive to load, leaving a total 4,600-cubic-foot, 32,000-pound truck capacity available. Overflows are significantly reduced since we are not loading additional shipments. If a single large shipment exceeds the trailer capacity, we rent another truck at no extra cost to the client. We will load the additional truck the same day and deliver it direct with the main shipment, avoiding any inconvenience to the executive.

When your executive or their family needs additional assistance with last minute details or tasks, we provide an on-site project manager to help. We are there every stop of the way to provide guidance, direction and assistance handling details that arise during a move and reduce move-day stress!
